Pros

You expand your technical knowledge, develop your soft skills and work with the best talents in the industry. the job requires hard work but it pays you off with great perks and significant level of experience. all the employees are really helpful. A great workplace for graduates to start their careers at NexJ.

Cons

Not much. workload sometimes could be challenging.

It's great to hear that your experience as a new grad is so positive. The thing I hear from new grads and co-ops too is how quickly they are integrated into new teams and the amount of peer mentoring they receive. I personally feel proud of the rich learning opportunities we provide. Thanks for posting your feedback!

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
