Pros

Great people to work with. People seem to work almost too hard at times, a symptom of aggressive plans and driven employees who are giving it their all. New HR is working hard to improve culture and seems to be doing a good job.

Cons

Company is spread fairly thin, no shortage of things to do and not enough time to do them

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
