Pros
NexJ gets a lot of flack in these reviews, and I imagine all of those posters are the ones that are afraid of hard work. Yes, the work can be demanding and yes there can be pressure for high performance - but isn't that how it should be in an exciting and high-growth work environment? One thing the company is not short on is passion. Your hard work at the company does not go unnoticed. Lots of opportunity for career growth and managers clearly appreciate those who are dedicated and care about their work. One thing they're very good at is rewarding and incentivizing employees i.e. through options, fair bonuses, bagel fridays, beer fridays, fruit wednesdays, etc.
Cons
It's not downtown. But it's right on the subway line, so what more can you really ask for.
