Pros

Abt 3 or 4 days off depending on your schedule, wed work 3 days theyd be 12 hrs and every other weeknd so technically every other week youd work 4 days but they loved to say we worked only 3 days a week, anyways they give you $25 a month for lunch, and yeah benefits whatever.

Cons

All the higher ups-managers, trainers, Nurse practitioners, doctors, assistants are all Butt kissers, theyll only place BARELY enough MAs in a clinic just so they wont have “too many” ppl working at a clinic but thats just bc theyre stingy and dont wanna pay their MAs more even though the CEO is like a millionaire. The clinic i was at had 5 rooms and on a good day there was 4 MAs and then 2 NPs or 1 , the 3 MAs rotated rooms while 1 was the receptionist, but MOST days (basically every) there was 3 MAs and 1 NP so two would rotate the 5 ROOMS! And 1 was at the front….and if one called out then sometimes we’d have to figure it out. There was also no set break time, whenever you had down time then you had to swallow down your food. Just terrible honestly. And so much more but this is long enough already.
