Pros

-great coworkers (sometimes) - good pay -only work a couple of days out the week and rotating weekends - sometimes opportunities to grow but there is a limit

Cons

-change is part of this company’s week to week basis. There is always a new system we have to work through or a new process we have to do or learn. - no bonus for slower clinics and no annual raises or overtime. They will literally pull people from other clinics just to avoid paying overtime -with that change it seems no one is on the same page about things when it comes to protocol and policy’s. One higher up can say it’s one thing and another higher up can say it’s another and you can still get in trouble for it. - I worked there for YEARS and they let me go due to peer reviews that were not true. Your coworkers can determine wither you can keep your job or not! So if someone doesn’t like you watch out. Even if they nice to your face -they hire people who sometimes have little to no experience l. I worked with someone who worked at chick fil la before working at next level. So that’s great. Went to school and got into debt to work in at a job that hires anyone. -there is MAJOR favoritism, so brown nosing can get you far. -no matter your knowledge or seniority in this job you are disposable. They had a lady who hired me let go because she didn’t have a degree in business management and she was with the company since day one. - management is cool but it depends on what region you go into.

Pros

Concerts, Astros, Rockets and other event tickets

Cons

All about profit and verbally abusive (profanity used) and unprofessional CEO, expected to work over 40 hours per week, loyalty means absolutely nothing to this lady, mistakes are called out in front of everyone at the top of her lungs, COO is a hypocrite, talks about company values but doesn’t practice what he preaches, doesn’t greet anyone when he walks into the room, it is far from the what is used to be. You are nothing but a number here.

Pros

Has all benefits 3/12hr shifts

Cons

Shady No transparency No raises You will train people that get paid more than you People get fired left and right CEO says no money but keeps doing stuff that shows she’s wasting money Pay is not enough for how much you will do They micromanage The customer is always right no matter what The people they hire aren’t trained The people they hire are not even medical assistants They expect a lot from people who have been there a while but will not increase their pay It’s a toxic company They have favoritism You can be the best one but if someone up high doesn’t like you, you will not succeed They only give a slap on the hand if someone gave the wrong vaccine to a patient The values the company claims to have are not aligned to what they actually are
