Next Level Urgent Care Response
2yDear Reviewer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all comments seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns raised by our team members.
Regarding the claim of a toxic workplace, we strive to foster a positive and supportive environment for all our employees. It's concerning to hear your experience felt otherwise, and we encourage anyone who feels marginalized or unfairly treated to reach out to our HR department, where matters will be handled with utmost confidentiality and care.
In response to the concern about retaliation, we want to reiterate our strict zero-retaliation policy. We actively encourage open discussions about patient safety and best practice guidelines. Our goal is to ensure a safe and supportive environment where employees can voice their concerns without fear of reprisal. We also offer an anonymous hotline for this reason.
Concerning the overprescription of antibiotics and steroids, Next Level has never pushed the overprescribing of antibiotics or steroids, and in fact has an antibiotic stewardship program in place for that reason. This initiative includes regular audits of antibiotic prescriptions and a quality committee that reviews these practices monthly. Our commitment is to patient care and adherence to the highest medical standards, not merely to patient satisfaction metrics.
Lastly, regarding the claim about retirement matching, we have continuously provided 4% retirement matching since 2013, and this practice has not halted. We understand the importance of this benefit to our employees and have maintained it as a priority in our compensation package.
We value honest feedback and are dedicated to continuous improvement. If you have further concerns or suggestions, we encourage you to reach out to our HR department for a more detailed discussion.
