Pros

Hands on training, access to a trainer for questions/help. Some of the employees there do want to see you/help you succeed and will help as needed. PTO was nice.

Cons

Employees are clique-y. Management plays favorites, watches your location from where you clock in, no management on site only a regional manager over multiple clinics and if you're new and not friends with anyone yet good luck, they will make you do everything they don't want to do. This applies to all Next Level locations. HR will take your report and throw it in the trash if you report anyone, especially for racism. They promote based on who is friends with who. May be different now but that is how it was when i was there. Only posting this because as i left i reported my regional manager for racism and forcing people to quit that she didn't like personally, and the company still promoted her to corporate level after having evidence/witnesses to her poor treatment of her medical assistants. DO NOT WORK HERE. WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL NOT LAST HERE.
