NextGen Micromanaging - Systems Administrator NextGen Healthcare Employee Review

I was at NextGen a little over a year and had around 5 different managers. Additionally we were heavily micromanaged, and forced to meet impossible metrics. When resigning, management attempted to intimidate me in to quitting rather than resigning. This was completely unacceptable and NextGen should moer closely review the rent-a-cops who they bring in to management.
