Pros
Flexibility of being able to work remotely from home. That's all I can say about this company.
Cons
Since there's been changes in management, things has not been the same. New managers sucks and incompetent. In order to secure your job you have to kiss the managers butt. They would rather listen and keep incompetent workers than to take advice from employees who knows how to resolve problems and get the job done. It's all political there and you have to constantly watch your back because someone is always trying to sabatoge you. So if your not a butt kisser and smart, don't work here. Lastly, this company is the most dirty and shadiest company to work for. Secret layoffs is yearly. Again, if you are not friends with the higher ups and if you are smart and not a yes person, you will be next to getting laid off.
