Pros
Good culture among co-workers, after 4+ years that's all I can think of.
Cons
Management, as other reviews state is horrible. No chance for advancing in your software development skills. The first 2-3 years were OK, but things started changing in management, we seemed to lose our direction and the whole company started going downhill, 2 chief officer type management folks left in short order. NextGen is not one company, it's a bunch of little kingdoms.
