Pros

Had a lot of great people. Challenging work and fun environment. Very flexible hours. There WAS a sense of friendship and almost family.

Cons

Loyalty is not practiced, there was a recent mass layoff. Even employees that had been there in the beginning were let go. No prior warning, and it came down to the bottom line of money.

There were always meals and snacks provided.

Cons

Seems that the company spent too much money on keeping the employees happy versus investing into the actual business. Some people wouldn't consider this a con, but it led to them laying off 60% of the workforce to reduce overhead for the sale to Apple.
