Had a lot of great people. Challenging work and fun environment. Very flexible hours. There WAS a sense of friendship and almost family.

This is a startup with all the normal start-up perks.....fully stocked kitchen, dog friendly office, fun company events and team building. The culture is the true stand out, EVERYONE from the management down, works hard and is dedicated to seeing this company succeed. Egos are checked at the door. Open door policy and all opinions matter and count. With most start-up you can get burned out quickly but we are encouraged to create work/ life balance - so that we can continue to give our best.
