      Good employee engagement, but not 100% remote WFH - Project Manager NiCE Employee Review

      Pros

      NICE has good employee engagement, they have monthly activities where employees can participate in and socialize with colleagues.

      Cons

      No retirement fund even for long tenured employees in the Philippines, no stock options for employees in the Philippines, majority of the training modules are mostly self-delivered and self-taught through online modules and not classroom setting (difficult when your learning style is a social-interpersonal learner). Not 100% remote, need to report to onsite office at BGC twice a week.
