      Pros

      Absolutely none. I regret everything.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The leaders are so clueless that I don't think they could spell AI or ACD. So much upheaval with limited explanation. So many people are looking to leave that is feels like the ship is sinking. Oh, and the pay is below average with virtually no opportunity for a raise or promotion. I work very hard, for almost no commission and no incentive. Unfortunately I may need to leave for all these reasons.
