      Pros

      Good benefits/overall package, good work life balance, Home working was available. Product was a good seller and company appears to be in sound financial health,

      Cons

      No real investment in people and little opportunity for career development despite their "promises." They made a grand announcement about training and developing their staff as a result of of a negative employee survey in 2015. 12 months later they off shored the entire department to India. There were major HR issues in my office, my line manager buried their head in the sand, senior management weren't interested
