      Pros

      Local team of TPM's were very good.

      Cons

      Because we were good we were very thinly spread across the country.having to install POC and products that were even half developed. there was no work / life balance at all. it was all about delivery and the amount of installs that were outstanding. PM's and pre sales made promises that we as TPM's had to keep. wages for internal Nice staff we way above the staff that Nice bought in through company acquisition.
