Company HR is trying to take over company with worst HR policy. HR People don't even bother to reply your mail and you can wait for indefinite time for their reply. If you want to kill your skills , nice is right place for you. For promotions , you need to wait for seniors to leave , this is the exact reply you will get from HR...condition apply after joining company. So logically no promotion policy. Recruitment is also a play here, managers and HR are hiring their own people and earning referral so if you refer a right candidate there is high chance he will not be selected . So a referral game is going on and because of this , company is full of waste talent. Pink slip culture.... Yes It's true. Bell Curve ....yes it's true You may hear from HR that every company has unhappy people like me and company can not make happy every one, I also agree but 90% people are unhappy with policies and career growth that's why attrition rate is very high for experience guys. If you are ready to kill you career then you are most welcome.
