      Talented people to work with, lots of learning opportunities. Work/Life balance mostly OK.

      Cons

      You as an individual do not count!. No matter how talented you are, no matter how much you have given of yourself to the company, no matter how much you contributed to the company success over the years, whether for 10 or 20 years, when it comes to cutting costs, you are dismissed within a heartbeat.
