      Pros

      I joined NICE only three months before. In this three months have got lots of learning opportunities. The culture is very open.The company is growing every day and hence provide all the employees to grow with the them as well. The work life balance is very good. The onboarding process is excellent and you will get all the setups (laptop, phone, desk etc ) done on the day one itself. Before onboarding NICE invite new joiners for as welcome dinner which provide effective platform for new buddy's to interact with their managers and senior leadership team. The process are very simple and the new employee gets adjusted with environment very quickly. Cab facilities and transportation are excellent.
