      - regular advantages of big companies like dining room, gym, post office - nice people (mostly) - stable sector the company provides its solutions for (finance institutions)

      Cons

      - constant work overload - messy organizational structure - the regular cons of big companies like a lot of bureaucracy - below average salaries - not state of the art technologies
