Pros

Company is successful, you can get good resume experience there and it and offers good salaries compared to similar companies.

Cons

At NICE you’re a resource, no more. Don’t expect a kind word when you do your job well but be sure to expect full on escalation and threats if you make a mistake. This is why the company has an army like culture, just follow orders and don’t make mistakes. The relationship between employees are not NICE either. There’s a common say at NICE that “here no one stabs you in the back, it’s always in your face and right to the chest”. Innovation and contrarian thinking are not welcome. Also the CEO is a brilliant and very unkind dictator.
