Pros

The IEX staff is great the President of the Work Force Management division is the most down to earth executive I have ever met. With great respect for her employees and genuine concern when they are faced with any crisis outside the office.IEX has a great customer base and excellent customer service rating.

Cons

NICE systems reduced employees salaries by a minimum of 5% across the board even though profits took a small loss from previous years! Upper management within parent company are changing the way IEX has done business for years without any concern for what it is doing to the company and long time employees of IEX nor any concern for the customers views and why they are such loyal customers to IEX in the first place. No writen polocies or procedures that do not change from day to day with upper management

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
