1. Good Salary 2. (Work) Life Balance (Only at software enginner level) 3. Perks like Fitbit watches, festival gifts 4. Friendly Manager and No work burden.
Cons
1. No clear HR communication. 2. If joining in the month of April, You will not be elligible of hike in october resulting that you will have to wait whole another year to get to next october. 3. "No hike october" was not considered properly while giving the offer and meagre amount was increased to compensate. 4. Employees work on organization level tool with with no proper guidance on how tools internally work and in depth logic of it, yet the tools are used intensively and core backbone of the company 5. I dont feel challenging tasks here, except that they ask to work on tool and it is not easy to comprehend that how it works and coding part is almost negligilble. I have not found anyone who will explain clearly what and how exactly things work. Everybody just have a vague idea. 6. Learning curve is not steep. Dont join if you also want to learn along with the work.
