Pros

Flexible working hours. Everything prior to the mid of 2019 was good and clean, employees were being recognized and given learning and career opportunities along with appraisals on the basis of their performance.

Cons

Spent a good amount of time in NICE and have seen the management and leadership go from "fine and dandy" to "cheap and inferior". It all started somewhere in mid of 2019 when they decided to appoint the senior management person. The behavioral traits, direction and the vision started following service based approach after this. Near about all old directors have left and new hires are not worthy ! They think of employees as a construction worker and believes that they will do whatever you will ask. Even they're asking R & D developers to do support tasks and threatening employees for their jobs in live meetings. All good managers also left and new hires (obviously the're from the new directors old org) are simply puppets who don't have voice for themselves. You can see the iteration rate which is too much higher. Even Architects are resigning withing 2, 3 months of joining, so they've started hiring the people which are dumb and can sit back in relax and can listen only listen them. Hiring is biased, the folks which were rejected by the interviewers also get selected due to the strong management referral. NICE is really based on a good ethics and CEO Barak is really a great example of leadership. Due to typical service based management NICE india is losing its vibe.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
