      NICE loves investing in its employees. We have a full learning and development program that allows NICErs to learn and grow in their roles. We also offer lots of fun and engaging activities, from special CEO initiatives and competitions, to celebrating local happenings and holidays, team events and more. We have continued with all these activities despite not being in our offices due to COVID. And importantly, we have continued to pay bonuses to our employees (yay!) despite many companies holding off as a result of the pandemic and resulting economic situation. If you are missing something specific, then we recommend that you reach out to your local HRBP/ direct manager contact to address the issue.
