Pros

Record revenue quarter over quarter throughout the pandemic and last quarter was the best ever with half a billion in revenue. There's plenty of work to do, so job security is good.

Cons

I am so disappointed in this company. Every quarter throughout the pandemic they have bragged about their amazing cutting-edge products (that they have no support or customer education for) and their record revenue, yet they gave nobody a base pay raise in 2020 and continue to stifle employee pay, promotions, and team budgets. Our team still doesn't have enough in the budget for promotions - and the majority on my team have gone 3-6 years without a promotion, all being well deserving of one. Don't expect to grow in your role in this company if you come here. It's a dead end and getting worse. And for 2022 they also lowered HSA match from $600/yr to $500/yr and dropped the 401K match by a full percent. Up until now it was 50% up to your 8% contribution, and starting in 2022 it is 50% up to your 6% contribution. They are overworking their front-end employees and not rewarding them with the compensation they deserve. Instead, it's an evening at Top Golf. No thanks.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
