Pros

- High standards of software engineering. Good place to learn and adopt the Agile software development principles. - Good Agile work processes. Good place to learn and adopt the Agile work processes. - Very open to internal position changes. - Managers are pushing employees to evolve and to advance their career.

Cons

- Low compensation. - salary is significantly lower then industry standard. - Although the company stock is very attractive, no stocks are given to developers. Feels like the simple employees (developers, etc.), aren't enjoying the company's fruits of success. - Food budget is significantly lower then industry standard. - There are yearly bonuses, but they aren't even of a one monthly salary worth. - Every employee with a bit of a talent has left the company. No one left to learn from, some of the developers professional level is very low. - Feels like the company is making efforts to spend as less as they can on the employees. - Disconnected senior management.
