People who excel here are pacesetters, can move fast, learn fast and adapt. You have to be willing to learn and ask for help. It takes most people 6 months to 1 year to learn "how to do business" within our large and growing global organization but there is plenty of help and support along the way. Within Professional Services we have excellent opportunities for work-life balance and we are afforded great latitude by Leadership but that requires that you be organized and proactive.
