Pros

Latest Technology stack Fast pace in adopting new technology and frameworks Decent work culture and cool office space

Cons

Learning gets skewed after you spend a decent amount of time (1+ year) as majority of the in-demand tech stuff is offloaded to their platform CXone. Top management in India has no voice of their own. They speak what is told to them by Israeli counterparts. Blind hiring has been done in past year year, so you may find many incompetent peers and seniors who knows nothing about technology. They just become a burden on the team and spoil the overall work culture and team spirit.
