The majority of cons related to the NICE company stem from their HR related policies that have been handed down from executive leadership who are out of touch with the employee. They have bad hiring/re-hiring policies. Their compensation and benefits are not competitive in the market (even though they think they are) and they are very frugal with providing back to the employee when merit and bonuses come out, while at the same time toting their record sales and growth. They're okay with low headcount due to attrition or adding hiring freezes, while at the same time wonder why projects take longer than they expect. Priorities are constantly changing weekly, or sometimes daily.
