1. Financially at very strong position. 2. Latest Technology Stack on all products with cloud exposure. 3. Great leadership with Funtastic energy. 4. Clear future vision and roadmap 5. Good work life balance 6. Lots of new initiative, events and fun activities

Cons

1. No permanent work from home option after pandemic. Hybrid work model with 2 days a week from office.
