      Pros

      - Some of the most talented and fun people to work with you will find anywhere. - Acknowledged market leader that still has tremendous upside - Strong management team - Interesting technical challenges to solve

      Cons

      - A very strong performance culture (not necessarily a con, but something you should know before working at NICE - it is the place you want to be if you intend to be in the top-tier of performers and expect the compensation/recognition to follow) - Very financially conservative (again, not a con per-se, but can be frustrating for those that expect a large company to make resources readily available) - Not unusual for a larger company, but there is a lot of what you might consider to be "red tape"
