Pros

The only pro of working here was that I expanded my network and contacts to find a new job.

Cons

- No work life balance - Unrealistic expectations from management with no support or willingness to listen to the issues - Sales targets for sales teams are unrealistic and misguided - If you're not Israeli, you will not last or be promoted - Barak is not fit to lead the company and does not have enough experience in different roles to support his appointment - If you disagree with management - you will be blacklisted - Upper management is disconnected from reality and follow their own agendas with blind direction - Management is disconnected from employees - Morale is just plain terrible - Leadership is unwilling to change or adapt to suggestions from people doing the real work - All about the money - Poor spending decisions - All top talent is abandoning ship due to the culture at NICE - Products have potential but are poorly executed and pushed by "vapor ware" meaning they aren't selling a real product or features that haven't ever been deployed or functionally deployed which adds to dissatisfaction from customers

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
