Pros

Patients were always treated with respect.

Cons

Unprofessional management/supervisors; I was obtaining my bachelors degree and my manager had only received a high school diploma. Pay needs to be better especially for employees with degrees.Discouraging and at times a hostile work environment. Favoritism and employees who would arrive on-time and were responsible were taken for granted (part of the reason why I left).

compensation at Nicklaus may not be as high as some other pediatric hospitals or outpatient/private practice settings
