Quick decision making. Ease of access to departments and resources. Growing steadily and good working relationship. Staff is caring. Doctors do their best everyday. Nurses care for patients. Flexible schedules. Excellent training programs offered for free. Certifications are paid for which is really nice.
Cons
senior leaders lack strategy, transparency and definition of empowerment. CEO is great at talking but that’s it...no follow through. does. He’s the joke among staff. He manages by fear. They eliminated 10 director positions - long tenure, good people, productive, respected - to create fear and instability. people are disengaged and productivity is super low. Staying silent is the best way to protect your job. Act dumb and you’re a winner. We all tell other that everyday. If you speak up you’re gone the next day. It’s like living the Cuban oppression one more time. .
