Terribly Political. It used to be good prior to 2009 when new VPs came in. - Non-Patient Care Manager Nicklaus Children's Health System Employee Review

There is simply NO OVERSIGHT by the board. They're being given cooked numbers. VPs have their own agendas and openly stab each other in the back (alarmingly political) Board of Directors (the non-employees) seem either unaware of what's going on and buy into any status reports without doing ANY audits. Too many directors without qualifications or experience are promoted. There are NO STANDARDS outside patient care. HR is terrible. They allow management to penalize without following HR protocols.
