Pros

A great company with excellent benefits. The education department is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Cons

No accountability for managers and directors from upper management. If you are lucky to work in a department with good management it is an excellent place to work. Unfortunately this is rarely the case at this once great institution.
