Leaving was the best thing I did...Senior leadership is not honest, they want staff to be transparent yet they don’t show the same. There is too much favoritism from the top. The CEO is not visible and leads with some intimidation. There are too many meetings and they are always reinventing things to never achieve the success they want. VPs are not held accountable and do as they please. The CEO & Senior Leadership have created a dog eat dog environment where staff are stabbing each other in the backs, all for so called "visibility". Something that never seems to be enough.
