Pay and benefits, great mission and endorsement from the Nicklaus !

Cons

Where to begin, a place with such a great mission but with a very toxic culture. No accountability and preferential treatment by a group of loyalist to the CEO. There is no vision, alignment or transparency. The word is out in the community about this place. The SILOS are the norm here and ignored by all. If you are planning to work here think again and don’t waste your talent.
