Pros

Flexible Schedule, Health Insurance is a bit more expensive than last year due to system cost cutting, but still better than most places. 403b still has a 100% match up to the first 3% of contributions.

Cons

Absence of leadership; No Collaboration; Absence of strategy and goals. Employees are treated like lemmings. Directors and Management never communicates anything and likes to pretend they are the experts in it all. They take all the credit and give no recognition. Benefits are being cut. They cut the 3% annual contribution to the retirement package and reduced total bank of PTO hours from 400 to 300. No room for professional development. IT is a dead end.
