Pros

You constantly hear about people who are passionate about working here. Helping children is their life goal and not "just a job". That passion translates to hard work and great outcomes for our kids. It also makes for a very fun working environment and great teams.

Cons

Slightly older facility but currently constructing beautiful new building and new ER.
