Pros
Some great people left but not many. Many great employees have been pushed out by the new executive team.
Cons
Consulting company Ensemble brought in which was completely unnecessary for the Patient Access team. All they’ve done is take credit for processes already in place by previous leadership. They are only interested in checking off the list of pointless items on their list. They are driving out the rest of the good employees in that department.
