      Pros

      Good team in operations, most employees seem happy and the environment is mostly positive.

      Cons

      Benefits here are abysmal. If you have a family or any dependents, you have to pay for basically everything. Cost of living raises are standard at roughly 3%. Hourly wage is definitely below standard. You only start making decent money at the AVP/VP level

      Glad I left. Stay away

      Cons

      Only match 401k if employed on 12/31. Only advancement if willing to live in Green Bay. Cut people for profits.
