Good team in operations, most employees seem happy and the environment is mostly positive.

Cons

Benefits here are abysmal. If you have a family or any dependents, you have to pay for basically everything. Cost of living raises are standard at roughly 3%. Hourly wage is definitely below standard. You only start making decent money at the AVP/VP level

-Overtime policy is not same standard as most places so you lose extra money -Nepotism/Can only climb the ladder if people like you -No room for growth outside of your role
