Management is terrible and has a tendency to play favorites. Cliques are a big problem too. Different departments don't work well together. Pay is dismal and people are constantly expected to do a great deal more than they should. Department managers will single you out and make your job/life difficult if they don't like you. IT is terrible and most of the computers and software are outdated. The branch people can often be rude on the phones and will argue and fight. Managers claim to be open to suggestions and concerns but then either ignore you or turn and use it against you.
