Meetings are pointless most of the time. Weekly one on ones seem to make you realize that you suck at your job and you need to do better. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, tell them the truth when asked how you feel. You will be fired, they don't care. If asked just lie, don't let them know your disapproval, say everything is fine, hunky dory with a big fake smile in your face.
