      Culture if you want to really buy in, but it is almost cult-like.

      Cons

      Below average pay, outdated benefits, a lot of negativity on the team I was part of, and the culture of my team was never welcoming

      Glad I left. Stay away

      Only match 401k if employed on 12/31. Only advancement if willing to live in Green Bay. Cut people for profits.
