NightOwl is a very open and collaborative environment. The company continually seeks input from its employees. In a sea of Private Equity backed ediscovery companies, NightOwl is still a privately held organization. It is a certified woman owned business. It has a big company feel, while still keeping the comfort as a smaller family run business.

Cons

It could offer better medical benefits.

During my time at NightOwl I was able to expand myself intellectually and as a leader. The executive team is committed to employee development and had a broad and diverse team of experts who not only know the space, but are committed to dedicating the resources needed for continued growth and expansion.

Cons

While growth is exciting and expansive, it also requires balance and continued dedication to recruiting.

They do not pay enough for as much as they expect you to work. Admin work is easily 70% of your day, so that cuts down on doing actual client work.

Cons

This was one of the most micromanaged companies I have ever worked for.
