In my time working for NightOwl, I witnessessed the company grow from a small, but dedicated team to a multi-team, multi-million dollar e-disovery vendor. Whether it was a multi-national coproation or midsize law firm, each client could count on a personal, consultative approach to any ediscovery need. Under Andrea's leadership, company challenges were met with grace and innovation. On a personal note, as a woman working under Andrea, I felt inspired daily and always welcomed the challenge to rise to greateness.

Post-merge, it feels that the personal touch and tailored client approach has diminished. The intersection of technology, law, and art is lost in a larger corporate setting.

They do not pay enough for as much as they expect you to work. Admin work is easily 70% of your day, so that cuts down on doing actual client work.

This was one of the most micromanaged companies I have ever worked for.
