Pros
I worked at NightOwl for 4.5 years, nothing or no one would have got me to leave, however I was offered stupid money by another employer and left, I knew immediately that it was wrong. NightOwl is a family. If you can't or do not fit in, its because you don't want to. In my opinion the owner and the directors of the company are the best in the business. Support is there when needed, all managers have an open door policy and employees are treated with respect. The harder you work, the further up that ladder you can go. NightOwl is a major player and a rapidly growing company. The people who criticize NightOwl are the people who think its just another job. NightOwl isn't just another job, its a way of life for the owner and directors, the managers and team members. I left, I came back, that says it all. I gain nothing by giving this glowing reference to this company other than the opportunity to let people know that if the opportunity arises for you to become a part of it, grasp it with both hands, and you never know, you may get the opportunity to ask me questions personally, because I will not be going anywhere.
Cons
There are no downsides to working for a company that is growing rapidly and taking its employees with them.
